DO NOT BUY! Zero rating
Where do I begin! Un-packed the door to find it damaged! This was a door that was returned as the instructions were ripped, screws missing, damaged door… door split where the hinge was attached! Gutted ! Phoned the helpline and this door is sent from a 3rd party!

Very poor state
I bought this product last week and it arrived dented and scratched had to use it as had family coming down for a wedding really not happy that I had to fill in dents so going to have to replace it.

Door cannot be Trimmed
Bi-fold door purchased intending to trim it to fit the opening. Like a lot of doors they usually need some size adjustment. Very disappointed to find on opening the packaging it says "Door cannot be trimmed". No mention of this on the B&Q website. Poor advertising by B&Q and this needs to be stated when buying online.

Avoid Product / Avoid Home Delivery
Unless you can actually see the doors in person before you buy, I would not waste your time with chancing the condition that they are delivered in. The corners are dented beyond repair and there are several dents on the other door too. See photos for reference. Do not waste you hard earned money on these just because they are cheap - the inconvenience of taking them back to get a refund, along with waiting another 7 working days for new ones to be delivered is not cost effective. Also, when it says 'primed White', be prepared to have to apply a coat of paint yourself as they are yellow and not White as advertised.

Poor design & quality
Bought few weeks ago and feel the quality of door is below par & really is flimsy & poor value for money

Good value for money
Although the door is pre-primed the ends are not so this will need to be done before finishing paint is applied. The edges were a little rough but overall I felt it was still good value for money. Actually arrived the day before its expected delivery date so was found propped up against my garage!

Great value doors
When compared to what you can get for similar money, I can't fault these doors. Yes, you might need to address a couple of quality control issues (my four doors had two hinges with only one side attached) but no big deal after straightening out the hinge in a vice and reattaching. A little chunk out of one base, but glued back in fine and was out of sight anyway. Haven't tried painting them yet, other reviewers say they're hard to paint, but maybe that's just the wrong paint being used or incorrect prep? All in all, a decent enough door for a good price.

Nightmare delivery!
The door itself is ok though it doesn't look quite like the picture as the panels are very narrow compared to the width of each door section. A warning though - maybe this is standard but the listed dimensions refer to the required frame size, NOT the actual door size. The door is slightly damaged in one corner but we can probably sort it out. The real problem was delivery - the delivery company tried to deliver on 2 days each which they had expressly said they WOULDN'T deliver on, and failed to deliver on either of the 2 days we waited in for it having confirmed over the phone and via text that they'd be coming that day. It was well over a week until we received our 'next day delivery'. I would have to be pretty desperate before ordering from Band Q for delivery again!
