Great radiator
Great radiators. Got them across all rooms. Look stylish & are very good quality. Bit of a pain to clean but worth it for how good they look

Really good quality product.
I purchased this last month and had it fitted last week. The whole process ordering online and delivery was straight forward. Did check similar product in store to make sure it was what I wanted prior to order.

Just right!
Great looking radiators, bit of a hassle to fit but once in looks the part in our Victorian property.

Unwrap and inspect carefully before taking home
This is a heavy radiator and it took three attempts before B&Q were able to provide me with one which wasn't damaged. There is no padding under the cardboard so if the box looked ripped or crushed then the radiator will be damaged too. The actual rad is of good quality and looks really nice on the wall.

Not good
I’ve just had it fitted, to find that it’s not been constructed correctly, or has been dropped. As now it’s on the wall it has a curve along the length.

Paint bubbling along the top
We have 5 of these rads at home 3 white 1 graphite and 1 silver. The last one we bought was the silver one from b and q. We have had it about two years now. My wife pointed out that all the paint is bubbling at the top. I have emailed acova and they want proof of purchase, who keeps a receipt for all this time? B and q say they can't tell me when I purchased it. We bought it as soon as the silver ones come on sale. So I would not buy a silver one for this reason, all the others are great they throw out loads of heat. Acova after sales service is not what I would have expected, if it was my company I would have wanted the rad back to see what caused all this bubbling.

Nice but damaged
Bought one and returned if due to a big scratch. Second one was even worse. Nice rad though.

Fixings Not Strong Enough
The radiator is far too heavy for the fixings supplied, the radiator was fitted to the wall and fell off within 24 hours bringing out all four all fixings with it, leaving me to repair the wall. I had to purchase feet for the radiator from an alternative source as these were not available from B&Q

Great piece of kit!
I bought two of these rads, knowing that they would be very visible in the room, and wanted them to be a feature in their own right. What a great choice. They look superb, were very easy to install, and look the business. High quality manufacture, you get what you pay for, and these are amazing for the price.
