Essential to own

I bought this a few weeks ago after hearing I could'nt own a chainsaw without one. I sharpened my chainsaw chain 7 times before replacing the chain, it worked like magic and very easy to use. It sharpens your chain in less than 10 minutes and you are good to go again. This item is very good value for its price at half the price of a replacement chain; be careful, the handle gets bent easily. Essential for chainsaw owners.

What a difference!

Bought this last week. Bit of a chainsaw novice, usually cutting branches/ logs once or twice a year. My McCulloch 338 which must be 5-8 years old was struggling to cut through some so thought I'd have a go with a sharpener. I watched a couple of You Tube videos, though instructions are on the back of the pack. I kept the chain on the machine and the job took about 30 minutes. What a difference it made. The next lot of wood was like a knife through butter with the saw giving a healthy pull into the log on contact. Very happy and recommend this to amateurs like myself.
