Could be better
As regards safety, the L, N and E for the wiring are not particularly obvious, and the copper connectors tend to fall out.

Good product
Bought it to make up an extension lead. All good, easy to connect cable securely. I’m using the lead in a fixed position & the product does not have fixing holes so could be improved with the addition of those. Apart from that it is very good

Good value and simple to wire.
This item is robust and easy to wire, providing a double socket on an extended flex, handy for general use and DIY or garden needs, A really good product at a very reasonable price.

Cheap and almost cheerful
Basic to to point of bare bones. They couldn’t have cut any more corners making this product and still have it legal to sell in the uk. However it does the job when you need to make up your own extension. I would have preferred three sockets tho.

Cheap plastic product and did not come with package. Just a simple plastic bag. Highly not recommend.

Dangerous - Do Not Buy
There are no wiring instructions in the pack, and no Live, Neutral, Earth markings on the body of the socket. On safety grounds these should be removed from sale. You have to work it out yourself. Not too difficult for anyone proficient at wiring but others will need to recognise the pin positions are a mirror image of wiring a plug and then trace the strips back to the wiring connector. On top of that, the earth strip falls out. Appalling.

Good quality product
Have any sockets stopped working on your existing extension lead? This is an ideal replacement, as it may not be possible to repair sockets on a factory made lead.
