Very confusing !!
These RELEASABLE Cable Ties are great - I’ve used them and re-used them on loads of things for years ... however : Although these are listed on line and described on the pack as 150mm long, they are in fact 200mm long! Whilst the longer version [BQE0193] is listed / described as 295mm and actually measures 300mm. A 5mm difference is acceptable for the longer version, but a whole 50mm discrepancy for this shorter one is very confusing! To add to the confusion, both are correctly labelled on the pack as ‘Releasable’, but this critical difference is completely missing from the on-line description. They’re merely referred to as ‘Adjustable’ in the Technical Specification - but aren’t all cable ties ‘adjustable’ by definition ?? If globally we’re trying to cut down on unnecessary waste plastic, being able to re-use a cable tie is a very important quality that needs to be clearly highlighted. And at the moment these are the only two Releasable Cable Ties stocked by B&Q (why don’t they stock more ??). Sounds like these descriptions and measurements are being listed by someone who doesn’t understand the product, and can’t use a tape measure! Come on B&Q, this is really basic stuff - you can and must do better than this ... !!

Easy use tie
Made primarily for use in the Electrical trade but I use them to tie back plants and do running repairs to collapsible garden waste bags.
