The size of the lampholder fits E14
Because it doesn't show the size on its package. For those who wonder what size it fits, it's E14.

Absolutely perfect for an SES/E14 lamp fitting
I bought this product today to repair a bedside table lamp fitting whose moulded shoulder had been accidentally sheared off, and to match the repair on the other of a pair of lamps. Fortunately I had the wit to bring a sample shade ring with me so that I could ensure that the diameter and thread pitch of these items matched, as the packaging does not offer any information re dimensions or application.

Won't screw onto a standard B22 lampholder, neither pendant nor bedside.
