Very appealing to the eye.
We brought this item after seeing it on display in B&Q store. Not installed yet but was delivered on time and well packaged. A bit disappointed as we thought it has sensors to turn lights on and off but all appears well.

I am looking forward to seeing my surround fitted
I am very happy with fire surround it was packed up very well and delivery driver was very helpful I have not fitted surround yet as house is to have some major work done and builder is going to fit it

Lovely once put together..not easy to fit .. The back does not have secure fittings plus no screws with it..so had problems has ld none to hand

Beautiful fireplace
Recently installed this fireplace. Looks very nice and compliments our electric stove which we purchased last year. Like the fact that it fits flat to the wall. Took hubby and I about three hours to put together. Love the lights only downside is we thought there would be a switch to turn them on and of more easily. So you near a plug in socket nearby fireplace. Luckily we have one. Wasn't sure if it would look right with stove but we are perfectly happy with it. Have the option to change to inset fire in the future.

Brilliant service
Having just decorated our living room, we bought a new marble fireplace to put In, having it wrapped up for a couple of weeks whilst we did so, when it came to unwrapping and it being so heavy, we really struggled, took the plastic of only for the back piece to fall and smash! Devastated not the word. We thought do we order a new one,? Called b&q explained what happened and within less than a hour it was all sorted a new one to replace it was ordered and nothing to pay Service was absolutely 100% couldn't fault at all Thank you so very much credit where its due. Love the fireplace & fire really made the room look great.

Fire surround
Had this delivered direct from Be Modern the driver was very good and helpful. The product is well made and easy to install with 2 people with the instructions. . I had to contact them regarding a problem I had caused myself and the customer service from them was great and I would recommend them just because of the great service they provided. Hope this review helps
