Not stable
I bought this product because it was universal for washing lines. However once you select the correct sleeves ect and put the washing line in there is a lot of give and the washing line can wiggle around. It is not a secure fit and it is not stable

Simple installation
Simple to install with the cap for malleting in. Pretty stable, although there is a bit of play between the inserts.

Simple fix to problem
I bought a new rotary airer only to find out that the permanent stake (cemented in) was too small. This mounting sleeve was a quick and efficient way of resolving the problem. I take the sleeve out each time I put put the airer away as it stands proud of ground level.

Completely deformed and had to remove
Used the plastic bung and a piece of wood to hammer in as instructed. Got it about 2 thirds of the way in with a hammer after 30 minutes so switched to a mallet and both plastic & metal completely deformed. I was already questioning if the plastic inserts for different pole sizes would be any good but never found out as I had to remove it.

Good product
I bought this product a few weeks ago as I needed to move my rotary dryer. Very straightforward to insert into the ground and the different sized inserts made it simple to fit my existing rotary dryer into.
