Looks Lovely
Looks really lovely but the corner backrest does not fit well

Good - Ish
Delivery turn around was brilliant. Shipment was intact and well packed (large flat shipping crate) Assembly was tricky, screws are cheap and you have to make your own pilot holes. Some panels screwed together badly due to design and I will have to re visit and correct. Not enough screws in certain sizes provided so I had to go and buy more. Just about deemed as a value for money purchase but only just.

Solid product, poorly stored by supplier
The product is solid and made from good wood. However, it looks like it is poorly stored at the suppliers, and came covered with light green mould marks - virtually every panel and post had some, together with other dark mould marks. Consequently it has to be painted/stained before assembly to cover up the issues.

Lovely addition to my garden!
We had this delivered about a month ago and have only just been able to assemble it as our paving has just been finished. It is definitely a two person job. We found we had to make a slight adjustment to the centre back slats to get them to fit (saw a small amount off the top slat at each end) as the earlier part of the diagram didn't make it clear that the side seat slats should be proud of the back support to allow them to fit in. Diagrams in the instructions could do with being a bit bigger to clarify certain joins, now I've done one, it would be easier to build another one!! As for the finish, the colour is lovely, and I am pleased it is pre-finished, but there are several paint runs, and some of the timber, especially on the trellis work is a little bit roughened. Still, all adds to the character!! Overall, for just over £300 I am really pleased with it, but if joinery is not your thing, it may be worth paying for the assembly service.

Looks lovely
I bought this to help balance out my garden and to help utilize a corner which for five years remained empty. I have this 4 starts as when the arbour arrived you could tell the item had been stored outside for along time and was already weathered with wood turning green, if I hadn't been intending to paint it then I would have sent it back. Over all its a really good buy, you definitely need 2 drills and a extended drill bit to be able to put together. Looks lovely in our small backgarden and we used it yesterday for the first time. Sits myself my 6"2 husband and 2 kids comfortably. Would recommend

Love it
We have only got a small garden so we needed to make the most of the space, so being a corner arbour it fitted nicely in our garden. We love it .

Looks great
Hubby and Son in law put arbour together which took a good couple of hours and electric screwdriver came in very handy but the end result is great as it looks brilliant.It is so cosy to sit in and so chilling.Wish we had bought one a long time ago.Definitly takes two people to put together and plenty of time.

It's quite basic!
It is lovely but a number of parts were slightly damaged and needed fixing! It also took along time to put together!
