Lovely looking arbour
I bought the Blooma arbour and am more than pleased with how it looks in my garden, it’s surprisingly comfy to sit in too. Not difficult to put together either.

Fabulous arbour
We purchased this and took few hrs too assemble the quality is very good and it is sturdy .. it’s visually stunning and you can seat 2 adults comfortably on it .. it’s quite a large size but I have a huge garden so not a problem for the price point it’s worth the money .. I would recommend this ..

Dreadful quality very poor customer service
I bought this Arbour to say I am disappointed is a under statement. Rusty screws,seat not screwed to get her gaps in seat where the screws have not been put down properly.So badly that a finger could get trapped in it.The up. Rights are not put together the roofing is not flush.The spares had wooden knots leaving holes. The instructions are hopeless. I contacted the manufacturer immediately to say what problems I had.I posted photos,I was promised replacement parts but they have never arrived.A few phone calls later still no replacement parts.

Love this garden arbour!
After a hiccup with the delivery not including all of the pieces, my arbour has been built and I love it, the missing pieces arrived a few days later. It is very solid and looks great in the space.

Looks good but poor quality
My arbour arrived yesterday weeks after my order. The pieces were speckled with green mould and the inserted screws were all rusty both on their heads and along their thread. The instruction sheet was easy to follow but no holes were previously drilled which made construction slow and dependant on one's own set up. The pieces had been treated some months ago as they were specled in white and green mould probably due to either being stored outside or in damp conditions. All in all this was not a good experience and could have been better had panels etc had been previously drilled. Constructed it looks good other than the surface mould on most areas. I am disappointed with the standard of 5his Arbours protection, storage and overall condition. I have now to clean off the mould a retreat the wood prior to placing it in my garden. I would also add the the four corner posts are far to short for secure positioning in the garden.
