Decent solid bolt
Seems ok, bolt could have been a centimetre longer to give it more contact with the hasp but that could could just be a problem for me because of the size of the gap between the two doors. Good solid bolts - although personally, I would have preferred all the fixings to be bolts rather than some screws and some bolts

OK for wood work fixings
Galvanised and will do the job but metal work is flimsy thin gauge metal and flexible. Does not weld well as was intended for use on a metal gate

I bought this item to secure a garage, does the job perfectly

Being Galvanised Steel it is resistant to Rust
The Brenton door bolt is galvanised and when sprayed with the WD-40 Silicone Lubricant it is resistant to rust and makes it easy to use.
