Appalling product
This is the second one of these I've had and it's almost immediately snapped across the fixings. Once the inevitable snapping had occurred, you can clearly see it's made of some sort of rubbish composite material. Calling this "heavy duty" is a joke. Please take this rubbish off the shelves.

This is classed as Heavy Duty!
Within about 2 weeks of fitting this on my gate the latch snapped clean off right across one of the two screw holes. B&Q have replaced it and I have just fitted on my gate. Only time will tell if it was a one off fault or they are all the same.
