I'm shopping for a replacement
Bought this a year ago. I'm shopping already for a replacement. This is poor quality, flimsy and doesn't lock properly (gets blown open by a strong gust of wind). I also had to drill some extra holes as the holes are not offset when you screw into the gate.

Bought this last weekend to replace a wrought iron one which has worn after years of use. It looked good at first but the latch stay broke after 2 days and not the handle hoop has broken off after a week. Maybe not for regular usage just very rarely

Give it a miss
Appalling product. Fell to bits within a few weeks. The last one I bought lasted longer but although the main part may be galvanised, the inner circlip isn't and rusted away within a year. I should have known better than to buy the same thing again. Don't waste your money.

Works well great quality heavy duty easy to fit galvanising very good so reckon it should last a long time

Decent enough
Not much to say other than this set was better than the ones the new-build developer used! easy for any DIYer to install, especially if replacing an old set.

Rubbish
Bought on Sunday fitted on Monday, wind caught gate latch broken! Just waiting to see if I can get a replacement FOC as been told on phone warranty won’t cover this as wind caused it. Have to take it in, but shoddy workmanship on item is the cause.

So pretty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this latch, used it on my garden gate and it looks beautiful. Easy to install and easy to use on a daily basis. Lots of family and friends have said how much better this is rather than a standard ugly latch

Strong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have just got round to using this latch and it seems great. My partner is very pleased with it. Easy to install and use. Is very strong and sturdy, much better than the last one that came with our fence and gate!
