- Preparation: 1 part Portland cement, 1 part hydralime & 5 to 6 parts sand

- Fine, white, dry powder which lightens and brightens mortars
- A high calcium, non hydraulic, hydrated lime
- Makes floating renders and pointing mortars easier
- Hydralime can be used for traditional nominal mixes for mortars and renders in conjunction with standard Portland based cements or in lime-washes without cement

Storage
The product worked fine but there where some lumps in the lime powder which could be from cold storage or damp surroundings.

Get the sieve ready
Its kept in the unheated area so don't buy if its the end of the pallet. Last 2 bags I bought needed sieving. Should be kept in the heated part of the store with the plaster. I mentioned this at the checkout but nothing will change.
