It's cement, ideal for a small job, bit pricey for 12.5 kg, but reduced waste, carry handle make it easy to transport.

Handy DIY size bag for smaller jobs whereas with the larger bag you are inclined to waste a lot if you don't use it all in the one job - and whats left goes in the shed and is forgotten about until it is rock hard. Less waste so it is better for the environment.
