Great for felt roof repairs
Husband found this waterproofing mastic great for a repair to the roof felt on the garage. It is thick enough to use with a small trowel to build up around a small tear or seam. Definitely would recommend it.

Joining new joints on flat bed roof
Does exactly what I needed to do sealed the joints smoothly and easily applied to the existing surface smoothly covering all the fine cracked areas smoothly and making the surface smooth and waterproof again. Easily applied and covering the whole area that was needed to be done. No more leaks so far so job well done

Great waterproof sealant that can be built up to required thickness. Can also be thinned with white spirit for application to fences or posts etc

Done the job on my flat roof!
Had a massive leak coming into my property from a flat roof on the bedroom bay window. Used this product to fill a big hole and some cracks in the felt and next heavy rain episode kept my window sill and interior super dry. Worked well for a quick patch up. Been raining non stop for 3 weeks now and no leak so pleased.
