Disappointed oil marks
Disappointed . Great paper but unfortunately I had seven rolls with oil marks down the centre. Touch and go if I would have enough to finish the job. Had to collect another six rolls

Fab wallpaper easy to hang
Looks fab. Easy to hang, no wastage, fewer rolls than expected, covers slight blemishes. Looks more expensive, nice effect.

Need to ensure the same batch number is dispatched
The wallpaper is good quality and was on sale so good value as well. I couldn't get 8 rolls with the same batch number in my local branch of B&Q so I ordered 8 rolls online to ensure a perfect match. Consequently, I was deeply disappointed when my delivery had 4 rolls from one batch, 3 rolls from another and 1 roll from yet another. This is a decorating fundamental and B&Q should be aware of this requirement. They must ensure that staff are aware and avoid repeating this mistake. Luckily, I was decorating two rooms so managed to get by with careful usage of the rolls but it was not ideal..

Excellent quality easy to hang
I’m really pleased with the feature wall in my bedroom it adds a luxury hotel feel. The paper was easy to hang and join. I had some tricky lines to cut around and managed with no tears. I have only papered once before and am pleased with the result.

Customer service top class
Ordered 7 rolls of Horizon Taupe, love the paper but last roll showed vertical lines which was disappointing. Contacted customer service who were refreshingly helpful. They were manufacturing a different batch number but they searched their warehouse for one roll of the batch number I needed, found one and sent it to me asap free of charge. What can you say other than 5 stars is not enough. Thanks to all involved. You are very much appreciated and hopefully my room will look 5 stars when done.
