Bit fragile
look very good, one did crack in half while laying even though we used a rubber mallet!! annoying as we had to return to store just to purchase one.

Slabs breakage
Excellent customer service - unfortunately the slabs are not very good, at least 10 just crumbled like soggy bread when taken out of pallet.

They do not last long, not for heavy use areas
After a few years of cold winter weather, about 10% had to be replaced every spring. They take a lots of moisture and crack. You need a very good bedding (5 spot method is not sufficient) if you move heavy loads (eg for garden construction) otherwise they break. Hard to fix them in place, the bottom is way too smooth and does not stick to mortar very long.

Overall Good
Nice looking slabs and not too heavy. I ordered a large amount approx 360 and inevitably some were chipped and broken which I expected but was able to get a refund sorted easily.
