Door flap
Great product. Needed to replace broken one. Simple to fit. Big enough to cover previous hole.

Odd size and protruding bolts
We can’t get a draughty excluder or internal plate to fit this as it’s narrower than most and has very big protruding bolts on the inside of the door meaning standard size covers won’t work.

It's a letterbox
It's great. It's like a mouth in your door that lets stuff in. Haven't tried pushing stuff out through it so far - saving that for a rainy day.

Poor quality & fit
Poor quality and value. Take a look at similar product Stormguard Draught Excluder 5 017259 311622 which is only a couple of pounds more. I had to throw this away.

Wrong Sizing
The width of this product is 5mm wider than stated so does not fit the holes I currently have. Taking it back to get my money back.
