Broken after a few weeks….
I bought these bath taps and matching basin taps because one of the “screw” type taps I had previously kept seizing and I wanted to avoid that problem happening again. I had to pay a plumber to fit them because I wanted it done properly. This is a brand my plumbers recommend. After a few weeks the cold tap has broken - apparently the teeth have jumped so the water couldn’t be turned off. I have had to buy a new set of bath taps so the plumbers can replace the cold tap and I will have to pay for this because it is the tap that is faulty, not the installation. Only after they have done the replacement can I return the faulty ones for a refund. I would not normally buy the same product again when it has failed but if I change the bath taps they won’t match the basin taps. Not impressed as they weren’t cheap.
