Good value, easy to fit, nice finish and it works!!

Awful
Bought it and had to return it cos of peeling metal and chipped bits. Asked them to open the next box and it was the same. Brought a different one in the end

Stuck
Bought this in November and after a few weeks the lever to switch from bath to shower started getting very stiff. Now it’s so bad I’ve had to leave it at the shower setting, takes so long to adjust, using a towel to try and get a grip, I’ve given up.

Great product
New bathroom being fitted and as the bath had middle taps thought this fitted well as extra shower.

Impossible to fit shower hose
I bought this as it looked so stylish. It was fitted onto a new bath, but it is impossible to screw the shower hose on because the outlet does not overlap the edge of the bath. After contacting B & Q and showing the pictures that I had taken they had to agree with me. They suggest that I try to obtain a 90 degree elbow and see if that works
