Good grade timber
This was some good grade cls , straight and not twisted or bent , looks like B&Q store their timber correctly. This seems to be quite rare with other builders merchants lately. Other merchants you seem to have to sieve through aload of lengths just trying to find the straight ones. No problem like this at B&Q , will definitely make them my first call when after timber from now on

It's Wood - what more can I say ?
Large quantity available so easy to pick the good quality ones. As always would suggest checking for splitting, warping etc. Great value and excellent for what I needed - wooden frame for storage cupboard.

wood in terrible condition. cracked and split on 5 out of 13 pieces.

This product has not been properly seasoned.
I wanted to buy 3 x 3 meter lengths of wood which needed to be straight and not warped. I had to discount 16 pieces of wood because they were either badly split, damaged or warped before I managed to find 3 that were acceptable. Not a great experience.
