Smart looking brass Cabin hooks

Poor, plastic, snapped!
Only chrome plated Plastic! Slight jolt and the hook snapped. Buy a solid metal one from a better retailer

Perfect for the job
Needed a good quality ‘pleasant-on-the-eye’, yet practical hook to secure a door that needed to be kept open at certain times of the day. This was exactly what was required; the door is VERY secure when hooked open. :-)

Strong hook but screws are a joke
Strong hook , feels good quality. For indoor use but the screws are a joke - weak and be careful when tightening as they will strip - invest in stronger ones .

Looks Good and Strong
Bought it to secure cabin door to wooden projecting gable. Practical and effective. Screw heads show signs of rust and will have to be changed to maintain brass look. Longer screws for hook fastener would have suited my purpose and circumstance better.

Decent quality cabin hooks
Had this cabin hook for around 9 months now to hold open our french doors. Seems decent quality, no sign of rush or wear in that time.

Does the job
Was looking for a hook for back garage door to stop the door from being blown open and just wanted something to hold it open just a bit and this did the job. I give it 4 stars as I don't know if it would rust too early to say.
