Avoid !!
Terrible quality, tile varied in size by up to 2mm, which doesn't sound much but when you're using 3mm leveling clips it made what should have been a cheap and cheerful job for my customer a nightmare to lay, my advice would be stay away from these

A quality looking flooring for excellent value
I have tiled my frontroom floor as I have a high footfall of humans and animals. It looks high quality and an excellent value. Easy to lay and cut. Easy to clean.
