far too hard & far too rigid
The brand comes with matching bends, tees, straights & similar. These have a twist thread and a lip. They appear softer than the tube. To insert one into the other requires significant strength, KY Jelly, gloves, a very warm day ( when the tube is more like plastic than metal ) and an awful lot of cursing. Inserting the screw section is difficult, the lip close to impossible. Naturally, the screw on its own leaks. Use a different brand of connector ( the Australian ones ), works a bunch better. Use the Claber branded fittings on black hose pipe, works fine too. Use black hose pipe instead and no herculean effort, gloves, lube, & minimal cursing. I vote this black pipe is unfit for purpose & wonder who in the Kingfisher group thought it was worth stocking. The latter should go find a job they are capable of doing.

Excellent Product
Love this. Bit hard to manipulate to the design due to wanting to curl back up. Very easy to fit spray nozzles. It’s hard pipe do a quick pilot hole with a drill. Fitted quickly and excellent does the job. So happy. Staff were very helpful from Seasonal as was the customer service desk. Thanks B&Q.
