Great Value.
Good value for all the products. Quick delivery separate to the pool.

Confusing working out amounts of chemicals to put
It would be useful to provide an indicative amounts table to help with working out how much of each chemical is needed, rather then just providing ranges.

Not recive only the starter kit
I have paid for the pool 2 weeks ago and not recive it yet.

Easy to use, works great.
Decent product. Be aware, if shocking your pool (20-24ft) you have to use all the chlorine granuals at once. I learned this the hard way. But, it works and the instructions are easy to follow.

A useful starter kit
A great way to start the pool maintenance. It actually got delivered before the pool so could be used as soon as we set it up.

Product great. Customer service bad
I bought this from Farnborough. The tried to ID me for it. I’m 27 trying to buy some chlorine for a pool, I understand challenge 25, but to refuse a sale of some pool treatment to a 27 year old is just idiotic. I walked over to the trade point counter and bought it there instead and they didn’t ID me. Employees need to adopt a bit more common sense I think.

Chemicals
Not a lot to say about chemicals, packed well, instructions are easy to read.
