Product great. Customer service bad
I bought this from Farnborough. The tried to ID me for it. I’m 27 trying to buy some chlorine for a pool, I understand challenge 25, but to refuse a sale of some pool treatment to a 27 year old is just idiotic. I walked over to the trade point counter and bought it there instead and they didn’t ID me. Employees need to adopt a bit more common sense I think.
