Great Hot Tub
We've had this a few weeks and it is much better than expected. We love it and would recommend, particularly at the current low price.

For the price it’s fab
Online special purchase with a hangover for 149 and I expected the worst. But it’s sturdy, comes with light, remote controls via an app, self inflates and has a storage bag and cover. Easy to use and instal, jets are powerful, heater warns the water slowly. All in all I really can’t fault it. 4 people it ain’t, 3 adults max.

Was okay at first
We bought it last summer. Loved it but due to work only used it 5 times. Went to get it ready last week and the electrics have all gone! We maintained it as it should have been, but it completely stopped working. Luckily our local B&Q were so helpful and have given us a lazy spa instead.

Was great at first
My husband treat himself to this for his birthday, we've had it about a year and a half. It was great to start with, but lights stopped working on 3rd use, now the jets are temperamental and sometimes work and sometimes don't so it's just been sat for the last 4 weeks empty as we don't know whether to try again or get rid. It just seems to get so dirty so quickly as well, even with us showering before use and treating water etc. With Cleverspa going into administration as well there's lack of to no support at all for issues.

We love this
We had ours for roughly 3 months (and loved it)we are religious on treating and cleaning it but then it was taking forever to heat up. Called B&Q and took it back cleaned out and in the box. No issues with return at all. We decided to give this tub another chance and got a replacement as we loved the colour and lights. New box had much more included when it comes to instructions and information. I’m hopeful that our second chance with clever spa will pay off

Terrible quality and heating fault !!
Bought after owning a lazy spa that I accidentally popped ! The quality of this tub is dire in comparison and had a heating fault straight out of the box. Needless to say I'm returning for another lazy spa.

This spa is great
Read negative comments but thought we’d give it a go and love it the lights are great effect easy to put up and set up on your phone we can go out and set temperature ready for when we get home, had for a month now and going great in it every day
