Holes
I put it up no problem used for a week then took it down to have decking fitted When I put it back up it over inflated at one side which created holes in the seam I patched them up and found it is still losing air and more holes have formed

Rubbish
This is the worst hot tub I ever had. Broke within 24 hours and had to send off for repair. Broke twice after that with more hassle of having to pack up and send back and wait ages for return and now just used again post guarantee and within 24 hours heating element gone. Don’t waste your money. I’m going back to lazy spa

This hot tub is great value money
I am so delighted with my hot tub. It was very easy to inflate and connect, it is also extremely easy to maintain. My PH and chlorine levels are perfect. It’s my little bit of heaven in these tough days 💕

Bargain.
Bought just over a month ago and has been running constantly with no issues. I turn the temp down to 20 when not planning on using it and turn it up to 39 in the morning of the day I do plan to use and it heats up by the time I want to use it at night with no problem. Electricity cost to run isn't as high as I expected. Comes with everything u need to start. I change filter and throw in washing machine every day but this isnt necessary. Can't comment on the WiFi app as no signal in garden for it. Great hot tub for the price I paid

The product is great
We love our hot tub but can’t seem to extend the warranty on it which is a bit annoying . But the customer service I got in the collection was very good felt like nothing was any trouble
