No guarantee
I bought this a month ago and the heater is faulty and doesn’t turn off now when it reaches my desired temperature and I’ve found out the guarantee is worthless because cleverspa went into administration so don’t buy.

Crackin hot tub
Was quite sceptical in purchasing after reading the reviews, but thought I’d try it out anyway. We’ve had this up since beginning of spring and had no issues with it at all, it heats up well the jets work perfect, and I think it’s better more sturdy material which is less likely to puncture unlike most other inflatables, was easy to clean out as well. No effective warranty on this item
I bought one of these In September, but open the box until July. The tub was filled up and the heater put on and left heating up over night. When inspected the following morning the water level had dropped by a half and was clearly leaking from the seam around the drain point. On reading the warranty info I discovered the liner only had 6 months extended to 9 months if registered with 28 days of purchase, I'd presumed it had at least 12 months. I thought it is clearly a manufacturing fault, so tried to contact Cleverspa to get it repaired only to discover they had gone into liquidation. B&Q were not interested in helping out despite them selling a faulty product. I'm now having to look at having it repaired by a third party.

Fab hot tub
Bought this hot tub a couple months back, was sceptical about the reviews, but it was so easy to put up, the material is really good and not likely to puncture like the other inflatable ones. Was definitely a good purchase.

No warranty
I bought a jacuzzi last week, but you will not be able to activate the warranty, since the manufacturer's website is no longer working and wi-fi. You will not be able to connect because the manufacturer's website is also down.

Me an the partner went to Merthyr tydfil store as we wanted a hot tub I can't thank the staff enough as we was very lucky to have the last hot tub in the store at the time the one we wanted they was very helpful staff the hot tub is a great buy thanks again llynwen an dirk cheers 😀

So far so good.
Being new to the Hot tub world, I bought this based solely on price, having read some bad reviews I thought if it doesn’t last I haven’t wasted too much money. I set it up myself and found it pretty straightforward. Yes it took all day to heat up but that’ wasn’t a big problem. It came complete with almost everything I needed, so no extra cost for ground sheet and cover. It’s a tad noisier than I thought, but it’s not off putting. Bubbles were great, it had a good pressure to them. It’s great that it’s a semi inflated one and not a full inflated one. It looks lovely. Like others I haven’t managed to set up the app but that’s because my WiFi signal isn’t strong enough to reach where I’ve positioned the tub, I’ll work on this in the future. However, this hasn’t detracted from the hot tub’s performance. Been In twice today after setting it up. Made the mistake of putting the control at rear and where I have built around hot tub, I can’t access it unless I’m in tub, if you have clear space around sides it’s ok. I’ll change it when I empty and change water. So far so good, let’s hope it continues.

Avoid and buy a different brand!!
Absolutely useless. The WiFi on the control panel won't turn on. As for the app, It crashes constantly and if it doesn't crash it won't pair the tub with the app. I have three different WiFi hubs at my house. 1 personal, 1 booster and 1 business. I've tried to connect with all three (using 2.4ghz only) and it refuses to connect. I have since found out that the company CleverSpa have gone bust, so I paid extra for a feature that doesn't work (and never will) And a high energy bill because I cannot control my tub wirelessly so need to leave it running 24/7

I bought this on a real whim after I was upset … used it once in oct ish last year and then left it out all winter , just covering the electrics up ….. just cleaned it All up- works perfectly so far (twice filled now ) and very pleased with it ..!!!
