I can not work out how these could be used unless
I can not work out how these could be used unless the pole is telescopic. The screw (to secure to the wall) is inside the socket; the socket has to be fitted to the pole before attaching to the wall. I even phoned the manufacturer to get a load of technobabble. Anyway returned to B&Q in an unopened packet, full refund and bought other sockets with screws on the outside.
