Handles
Last owners left a useless door handle and lock which didn’t secure properly to the downstairs toilet. This item was bought to replace that and ensure security when using the loo. Bought with a lock users now have full security.

Great product
Required a door internal door handle kit to replace one that had pulled out the wooden door. This worked perfectly replacing the old one and covering damage done previously

Great buy
Look fantastic, easy enough to install. Feels very smooth when opening door and also when using the lock. Price wise might be more than online but this is quality and comes with 5 year warranty and when replacing all the door handles in the home this mattered. We're very pleased.

Not fit for purpose
Great looking product, but..... What a con. Sold as if it is a locking bathroom handle, that does not lock! You have to buy a mortise lock to go with it, which is a bit excessive for bathroom security. I don't want to do that. Now my delma - I have purchased and fitted new handles for all of my upstairs doors, leaving the bathroom door until last. There is not an Arsk handle that locks that matches what I have already fitted. What shall I do?

Useless
Would be helpful if packaging pointed out that you need to buy a separate mortice lock to make this a lockable handle. I've just wasted my time fitting this only to find out that is does lock at all so is pretty pointless .

Does not lock
How can you still sell a product that has no actual use for what it is supposed to do with the comments going back a yr from what I see, when I buy a set of handles that are designed to be locked because as it stated BATHROOM use it's a rip off if you have to buy something else for them to be able to lock all I have to say is, see you next week for my money back.

You need to get matching bathroom mortice lock
Good quality handles. Comes with screws and spindle bars only. Would have been better if it came as a set with the lock

Not useable at all
Without a means to stop the handle operating I cannot see how it can be a bathroom handle set. To use you would need to purchase a mortice latch with lock and for a bathroom is way over the top. No mention of that on the box or non-existent instructions. Read the reviews if you land on this product's page.

New handle
This was purchased to upgrade an existing fitting. The handle is nicely presented, it feels very sturdy. It was quite involved to fit as being a completely different fitting to the existing one more work was required to fit it. But once this was undertaken it has a much more solid feel to its operation, it also looks much more upmarket and tidier in place.
