Great look
Changing all the handles in my flat - really like this clean simple design. Managed to fit relatively easily and I'm hopeless at DIY!

Good quality handle
Bought this for a missing door once it had been fitted to match all my other doors. Nice quality handle, 5 other identical handles already on other doors that have been attached for 5 years or so are still going strong.

Great door handles
The first door handles I ever fitted, it was straight forward and I didn’t even bother looking for/ at the instructions. Drilling a hole through the door was the most challenging part.

Look good
Bought these to fit throughout our home. Having had a look at some of the comments - packaging hard to open. Take the alan key out of the bag. There is a grub screw on the door handle when it is in the packaging. Unscrew the grub screw and the plastic insert comes out thus releasing the handle. The movement on the handle is strong once fitted and looks good. No complaints.

Ridiculous Packaging
Took over an hour to get the stupid packaging off. Does anyone test these products before they go on the shelves. Once fitted looks nice.

No instructions stupid packaging!
Zero instructions and even if you were to put them on the door you’d have to try and get the stupid plastic packaging off! Which by the way is impossible!! Waste of money for what they are!

Nice handles - but MUST buy the right latches
Currently fitting these handles and was a bit concerned that just screwing to the door wouldn't stand up to normal use. Sure enough they started to work loose. The packaging instructions are rubbish. Web site states to use the bolt through screws, but as another reviewer pointed out the holes are at 3 and 9 which would be blocked by the latch. The answer is to buy "bolt through latches" which have holes for these bolts. Unfortunately B&Q don't sell these but they are available elsewhere - see photos. Use the bolts to hold the handles "in to the door" - but I'd suggest using the screws as well to help keep the handles horizontal as there is always some play with the bolts. The handles do look good but there need to be much better instructions and B&Q need to stock these latches.

Good quality handle, poor instructions
These handles look great and have a quality feel when fitted. However, the instructions are to use the bolt-through fittings. The diagram on the box shows the holes for these at 12 & 6 o’clock, in fact the are at 3 & 9 and will never fit. I used the supplied wood screws which work fine in conjunction with grub screw in the handle which tightens on to the bar. Other reviewers have reported the same problem.
