Great door handles at a great price
Really nice looking door handles, recently renovated our house & with us having oak doors we wanted a handle that would stand out, these look amazing & makes the whole design look at lot more expensive then it actually is.

Cannot be assembled.
Bought three of these and cannot get the rose off any of them. Very poor and basic instructions show unscrewing with finger and thumb. Impossible, and I'm quite strong. Could use my vice but might damage it and could face the same problem if we need to remove them from the doors. Reviews from 4 years ago say exactly the same. You'd think the manufacturer would have sorted it by now or B&Q would have stopped selling. Don't buy

Fab!
Bought 12 pairs of these to replace the whole house and love them. Smooth finish, easy to fit and feel good quality unlike a lot of others we tried.

poor build quality
Practically impossible to assemble as face plate comes on that tights its impossible to get off. I've ordered 5 of these and only managed to install 1 as the other 4 have their face plates stuck. Do NOT buy

Nice handles
Easy to install and they look good. They’re on the lighter side but feel sturdy enough. No complaints!

Nice but have issues
Initially bought 3 sets 1 of which I had to take back because it was impossible to unscrew the plate off. Just bought 3 more sets and 2 of which again impossible to unscrew, so now have to take them back. Although they are nice and attractive the manufacturer needs to sort this issue out. I find this very annoying when I have to return these when I've just been

Faulty rose plates
Nice looking, but terrible to install. I could not get the screw off face plate off one of the handles. Took back into store to see if anyone else could ... impossible. Was offered an exchange, checked new set before ;leaving store - exactly the same problem.

Looks lovely but a pain to assemble!
We bought these handles to give our doors some new life as they look stunning. But assembling them was a real headache!! Like most reviews, we couldn’t remove the cover from one of the handles. We tried everything over several hours and it just would not budge. The only thing that works to remove the case was to put the handle over the flame from our gas cooker to loosen it. They eventually budged but I’m not sure it was worth the headache and hours of lost time.

so far, fairly good
We bought 4 pair of these. I struggled for days, on and off, to loosen the rim that covers the screws. Eventually I sprayed them in LOTS of WD 40 and got a very strong young man to have a go, and Bingo, he succeeded where we had failed. So, the answer is WD 40 and a very strong pair of hands. We are fitting them when the doors have been painted.
