Great pack of three

The handles appear well made, the mechanism was a little stiff at first use but is ok now. Not sure what else you can say about a pack of handles.

Handles constantly breaking

i brought this item last month and changed door handle in kitchen. Unfortunately when pulling door handle towards myself to shut the door, the handle snapped off in my hand. fortunately someone was on the other side of door or i would not be able to get into my kitchen. This has happened twice. I will be returning this product forwith.

Poor design

Bought this product to replace several existing with handles of very similar design. Fitting is relatively easy and brass screws are good quality. Found that the handle does not fully retract the mortice latch. On comparison with the existing handle, the cam in the mechanism is cut to only 45 degrees vice 90 degrees. It therefore only turns half as much as the existing handle and this why the latch only retracts halfway. I have a small rotary tool with a grinding head, which I used to open up the gap in the cam to the required 90 degrees. But, I shouldn't have needed to do this. I believe it to be a design fault.
