No good if toilet seat comes loose
Had this toilet fitted been OK works fine and looks good, only thing is our toilet seat has come loose on the one side so have to have it removed to tighten up the nut holding the seat in place. Nightmare must admit never though of that when we bought it all enclosed so access to the nut

The best toilet
I’ve sat on a lot of toilets but this one has got to be the most comfortable, sturdy and stylish toilet I’ve ever sat on.

Nightmare if flush valve needs replacing!
Because of the design of this toilet system, if, or should I say when, the flush mechanism in the tank needs replacing m, what would normally be a straightforward and simple job on a ‘regular’ toilet, turns into a complete nightmare with this type of badly designed toilet! It involves removing the entire toilet, replacing the flush system (replace everything while you are at it to save doing it again when another component goes wrong!), then refitting the entire toilet the same as you would a completely new toilet. What should be a quick and easy job, is a major job purely due to its bad design. Terrible!

Excellent product
We have purchased this toilet 6 months ago and we love it. The plumer didn't have any issues fitting it. It's very modern and the best part is, it's very easy to clean. It doesn't have any grooves or gaps for dust and dirt to gather. Just a quick wipe down. I saw a similar toilet in a bathroom showroom for over £600. The delivery was very fast and we are hoping to have our downstairs loo replaced one day with the same B&Q Affini toilet

Couldn't be fitted
Unfortunately, our pipework and plumbing was not compatible with this unit and we have had to return it.

Poor quality
Poor quality, plastic support pads on the seat break easily.No spare parts available.

Looks Good
This toilet looks good, unfortunately doesn't function as good due to the small proximity of the hole in pan. Constantly needs cleaning!
