Tap is very attractive and works exactly as expected. Both modes of operation are useful and allow fine control over the amount of water used

Kitchen tap
Very poor quality. I have that tap for 1.5 year and handel is broken already. Now I Need replace full tap.

Tap looks fab but keeps going faulty
I purchased the tap because it looks great but it broke after a few years It has been changed twice so I advise you to keep the proof of purchase B and Q were great they gave me a new tap but I have had 3 in 6 years all with the same fault The water ends up leaking from the middle bit of thre tap As long as you are prepared to change it every few years you will be fine Only positive thing it is looks great

Cooke & Lewis Bilbrough Chrome Effect
This tap looks great. But that's about as far as it goes! After 2 years we still have a continuous leak during use. This is getting worse by the week now and I can't find anyone who can assist or supply a set of spare parts to fix the problem. My suggestion - buy something else!!

Rubbish
This item was fitted in our house before we brought it, and has caused constantly problems, it constantly leaks no matter what we have tried to do, including flooding part of my kitchen, please don't waste your money on this item because it's not worth it.

Stiff
Bought this a month ago and it’s rubbish , looks the part but a pain to use to stiff to work and ideally the hose or other tap needs to be longer

Cooke and lewis mixer tap
DO NOT BUY Fitted by a plumber. Tried everything. Leaks like a sieve from the hot cold on off lever. Absolute rubbish. No ptfe or rubber seals fix the leak. Removed straight away and fitted a different tap. Waste of money!!!!

Could be improved
Lovely looking tap but needs improvement. We have a sink and drain and it’s plumbed in by the drain. The main tap is to short and when turned round just about reaches the sink. Make it longer and should fix this. Also the spray part is to low and gets in the way. Would not recommend in its current manufactured state. Wish I could take it back.
