Replacement Toilet Seat Solution !!!
I purchased this toilet as many others have and found that the toilet seat becomes loose (as the welds on the bracket break). It seems that B&Q do not sell this seat separately. Others have reported that due to the non-standard shape of the toilet it is not possible to find a third party replacement. After a few hours of google research I have found a toilet seat that is compatible and fits. I have purchased and fitted the seat and am very happy with it. So glad I didn’t have to replace the whole toilet. So annoyed
I wish I had read the reviews for this toilet. The seat is loose and I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before it breaks off. Paid a lot of money for a decent Lino and have just seen more reviews that you have to replace the whole system. What a ripoff. Hate the thing but got to live with it now. The tap on the sink sticks too.

Awful product
I, like so many of the others bought this product as the shape & size of this set was ideal for my compact bathroom…Needless to say, within a few weeks of using the toilet, the seat became loose and eventually, when trying to reposition it, it broke : This has been nothing but disappointing, especially when you purchase in good faith to renovate your bathroom & end up with such a shoddy product..

Terrible
Do not buy this set. The seat becomes loose very quickly and eventually breaks. There are no replacement seats available. You have to replace the entire toilet!! Wish I had read the reviews before buying and paying to be installed.

Toilet seat is useless and can't replace
The toilet seat comes loose constantly and it is impossible to fix. I also can't find a replacement due to the shape.

Awful make
I bought this product and have had nothing but problems with the toliet the seat doesn't stay on no matter what you do to it the part in the system broke and have tryed everywhere to get it replaced but can't seem to get the spare parts for it if l knew how rubbish this product was l would of never bought it I'm not happy with this from b@q

Modern & Sleek
I fitted this suite in our downstairs restroom. I rate the suite highly and think it looks great! I coupled the toilet tho our saniflow unit with a short WC soil pipe extension to give me access to the jubilee clip joint. Our room is spacious so I planned to have a 100mm spacing block at the back of the cistern to allow a nice fit with the saniflow unit. Looks great! The slow close seat is great too! The pedestal sink unit is securely fitted with the kit in the pack. I bought a pop up waste & monoblock tap set to give it an ultra modern look and feel. I used seal tape on threads, all good. Very pleased with the price & I note it’s manufactured in UAE so Dubai quality restroom suite :)

Fabienne Close-Coupled Toilet
While surfing B&Q online, I saw this toilet which I bought it about 4 years ago from the shop floor in a hurry, without any prior research. It turned out to be very reliable and sturdy. It has been heavily used by a family with an active toddler, but no problems at all. It is quite stylish, although a bit bulky for my small bathroom. I am very happy with the quality and price. I would buy again if needed.

Very stylish snd contemporary
II bought this for a downstairs cloakroom because I liked the style and it’s more compact fior a smaller space but doesn’t look it. It looks great and everyone comments on how nice it looks. I was almost put off by some of the previous reviews but they are not my experience. I had it fitted by a qualified plumber and it works just great. No problems at all with this set and I’d highly recommend it if you want something stylish then look no further than this.
