Don't buy this product!
I bought this toilet without looking at the reviews, big mistake! The toilet seat isn't in line and I can't straighten it out. Looking at the reviews, it seems there are many other complaints about the toilet seat too.

Good Loo
Good value for the cost. Look stylish and does the job, though the soft-close seat is a bit squeeky.

Toilet seat
I brought a house with this toilet already installed. The toilet seat needed replacing. I was quite concerned after reading some of these reviews regarding replacement seats. However I I went to B&Q and placed my order. Job done, so I'm confused why some people found it difficult.

DO NOT BUY
I cannot understand why BandQ are still selling this to customers. Hardly any notice from my plumber and trusted BandQ toilet. I have never read a review on any other toilet I've purchased but I wished I had. Not had an issue of seat breaking yet. Flush is rubbish you have to adjust best you can with the flimsiest bit to try turning else cistern only fills up a bit. Cistern bolt loosens , you tighten it up and two days later you have water everywhere again and have to repeat. I have a container catching water and 1.5 to 2 litres is going through it each time. I will be emailing BandQ to ask exactly why they are still selling this. In the meantime I will be asking my fitter for the receipt because I don't see why I should just throw it out and buy another. If I wanted to give money away it would be to a charity not a big company selling a product that's not fit for purpose.
