Nice sink but incorrect dimensions
Good quality sink but the recess dimension shown in the diagram is incorrect. It states 20 cm but in reality it is 29 cm. It wasn't suitable for my cabinet so I returned to store.

Critical Mistake
I tried to buy this Helena basin with a matching Helena toilet in May during a bathroom sale. It was out of stock. The basin finally became available in August and arrived a few days ago. THE BASIN DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT ONLINE. The resess is NOT 200 MM deep. It is approximately 290 MM deep making it unsuitable for slimline cabinetry. Seriously disappointed.

Beware the template !
Nice sink we’re really happy with it however, the template supplied with the sink to cut the front fascia did not reflect the shape of the sink so there was a gaping hole at the bottom..... had to get B&Q to send out another fascia unit which I will now have to cut manually

Good sized basin
I bought this along with the Helena back to wall toilet and I am very pleased with the quality and size of the basin. It looks great with the Marletti White Gloss unit.

Poor Sink Quality
As with other reviewer. Bought a whole Helana suite. Recessed sink had to go back 3 time because of defects. Also counter top template not at all clear - 2 measurements shown with the letter R in front of them (e.g. 2R292 & R234), but no idea what clue to what these refer to. Sink exchanged without too much fuss, but it added weeks to the planned fitting time.

broken parts
if you buy thiws sink check it immediately, as ours had a broken chrome overflow outlet embellisher.

Nice sink
Lovely sink, good depth and shape and fits in nicely with the rest of our bathroom suite. No manufacturing defects as mentioned by a different customer. Good quality.
