Sink mixer tap
I purchased this last month when I came to fit it the 2 feeds (hot and cold ) were not for this tap and I had to find the right size for this tap.

Nice tap, flawed instructions
A nice tap. Although chrome was scratched. Fitting instructions failed to mention a washer was needed at the bottom of the fixing post between it and the nut which the extending hose fitted into. A cheap nasty paper washer was in the package. But instructions didn't say this was what it was for. I was going to post a photo of thenoffending page of instructions, but you can't upload photos it seems. Another flaw on the very fallable B&Q website!

Missing parts
Sounds like there's terrible quality control issues with this product. Clearly missing 2 O rings so the tap leaked terribly after installation. Instructions don't give anything away so it's been a process of installing and taking apart over and over to figure out which bits are missing

weak product
While I was fitting, the thread snapped very easily and quickly. it took 3 hours to fit it, it is not worth it...

Pleased with this purchase
Easy to fit. Functionality is great. Very pleased with this product. Didn’t experience any of the problems from the other reviews. I would recommend.

Good value for money.
I brought this product about a month ago. I didn't want the industrial look, but I did want to have the option of the extension on the tap. It looks great in the kitchen. The plumber did moan about fitting mind.

Rubbish
I fitted this tap and it's a lot of work, to find the hot water tap didn't work and it cause a airlock in my whole water system, but being new I just presumed I'd done something wrong, went through every thing I could think of to sort it, but it got to point the only thing left was the new tap, so I removed the hot water feed connected a isolating valve to a flexible pipe connected it and turned everything back on again opened the valve the air and pressure nearly blew the bucket out of the cupboard, reconnected the tap still not going the actual tap lever did nothing the tap valve stayed shut, good quality check done at the factory NOT wasted my money and more importantly my time

Waste of Money and Time
A tap is designed to do one simple job - to distribute water. This one doesn't do that!!! What a complete waste of my time fitting it only to find water doesn't flow through it at anything more than a dribble! How on earth did this get through quality control and go to market?!!
