Lovely tap looks really nice very easy to fit with a little help from the instructions, which by the way could have been made easier to read in plain English without all the long words no-one understands.

good tap with high arm
Had one of these taps for about a year. Easy to install. Tall arm easy to get a bucket underneath. Arm swings 360 degrees which I found useful. Recently started dripping and has been very difficult to find a supply of new cartridge for inside the tap. A replacement cost 10.00 and did not stop it dripping which is annoying. Even turned down the water pressure to the tap but still drips wastes about 500mls a day. So I keep a jug underneath and then use it in the kettle I also replaced the aerator/filter on the end of the arm for a swivel one with 3 styles of spray/single water stream which improved usage for me -saves some water and is much better for rinsing salad etc

Do not buy this product…!!!
Bought this tap on the 3rdAugust and got a plumber to install on the 8th Aug. Had to return it on the 19th Aug as the joint on the sprout was leaking water. Had to pay another plumber to install another tap..!! B&Q should not be selling this item as numerous people have had the same issue with this tap. I now have to try and claim back the money i spent on installing this faulty tap. ..!! WITHDRAW THIS PRODUCT…!!!

Smooth
I'm really rather pleased with this mixer tap. I didn't have a particular design in mind when choosing a new tap but this one looked right for my kitchen. Very easy to put together and install, the whole process took less than 20 minutes. It gives a very smooth water feed, quiet too. The pipe is easy to rotate, with no sticking anywhere in the arc. No leaks, no mess, no fuss.
