Mauvais produit (à fuir)
Nous avons changer ce type de bac à douche qui s'est fissuré au bout de cinq ans, même problème 5 ans plus tard. Produit à fuir car aucune prise en compte de ce problème de fabrication.

This item is rubbish
I had to buy another as my last one broke as per all the reviews after I purchased. I have bought another due to the plumbing and fittings but have put a paving slab underneath to support the great from cracking

Don't buy
Bought this shower tray and it cracked in the middle after 6 months ... It's not B&Q 'S fault they only sell it ..it's a poor design so stay well clear .. Buy a resin based tray you won't go wrong ..

I bought 1 after fitting within 6 months got cracked few places they agreed to replace after seeing was fitted properly 2nd cracked after 6 months as these are faulty don't buy

Rubbish do not buy
Bought this shower tray along with hundreds of pounds of items from B+Q whilst modernising a property. It's cracked in two places after 15 months. Costing me loads of money,time and hassle to have the shower area ripped out and replaced. Wife's fuming.

What a mistake to make
Rubbish product do not purchase, it’s cheap wobbly and cracked after a year, now I have to replace but I won’t be going to B and Q looking at all the other reviews maybe you should be recalling the products as they are clearly not fit for purpose. I spent a lot of money on the bathroom only to have to mess about due to a woefully poor component. Come on B and Q take action with this awful product before I go to trading standards

Shower enclosure and Tray
I bought shower enclosure and tray last month from B&Q online. It was easy to install and The family are enjoying this shower. I bought it online and it was delivered within 48 hours.

DO NOT BUY
Terrible, will crack and leak within 12 months, so bad should be pulled from shelves. Now have to re-fit shower all over again.

Absolutely appalling
Fitted this tray and has cracked. No rigidity to base. Installed by professional. Now have to rip out enclosure to fit replacement tray. WARNING! DO NOT BUY THIS TRAY! Very poor quality.
