Poor instructions and a bit flimsy
I am used to assembling items, but the instructions provided with this item were really poor. They consisted on drawings only and no explanatory words. The diagrams were also poor. The door was flimsy, with the upright adjustable sections not fitting tightly to the wall sections. B&Q have not responded to my specific request for a spare part, suggesting I should spend a day removing and returning it for a refund. Do large shops actually realise how much time is wasted resolving poor quality issues, and who at B&Q ever thought the instructions were acceptable?

AVOID-- Hinge failed after 15month, Door shattered
Whilst it might look nice this door isnt fit for purpose. Had to add a door seal to the bottom as it didnt have one and water was splashing through the gap. The bottom hinge failed after 15 months, due to the weight of the door and the hinge is only plastic. Couldnt find a spare so had to swap the hinges round. Now the door glass has just failed with the product now being about 2.5 years old. Daughter was getting into the shower and as she opened the door the glass shattered (without it hitting anything!!!), luckily my wife was there and shoved her out of the way as the glass came down over her back. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS ONE

Hinges failed in 14 month !!!
Poor door, no seal at bottom, and hinge failed just over a year. wouldnt not buy again

Shocking door
Installed properly yet still leaks, cost me money on the job, would not advise getting this door, poor quality and a joke that B&Q stock it

Looks great but the door leaks
Was really happy with quality of look and install then discovered a puddle on the floor after every shower. Upon investigation the door doesn’t close onto the magnetic strip at the bottom leaving a gap for water to run out of. Door doesn’t seem to adjust so I’m having to find my own solution to fix :(

Completely unfit for purpose
Bought and installed - thought it was strange that the door had a gap at the bottom (no seal) - water leaks out.

Not size as stated
Purchased this as it’s adjustable from 735mm. Door and frame measure 735mm, then you have the side panels to fix on the walls. Should be advertised as adjustable from 740mm. Wasted our time and effort with this. Great value and quality but get the sizing right. Instructions are a waste of space, not clear.
