Comfy seat
I bought this product because my original one got damaged, we replaced it with a cheeper option but soon found it failed to meet the comfort standard. This one was way to fit and does exactly what it should.

This is the worst toilet seat I ever bought.
27th/11/2024 This is the worst toilet seat I ever bought this is the third toilet seat in one year that broke. At first, I thought I was doing the wrong thing then I called a plumber to fix the toilet seat I bought on the 27th of November 2024 It just broke again.

Awful. Fixings came loose within 4 weeks and unable to replace them. Finally found a seat that fits this odd shaped toilet on Amazon at half the price

DO NOT BUY! Absolute rubbish!
I have had to buy this toilet cover over 5 times because it is such rubbish quality and starts to slide and come off the toilet seat. Absolutely criminal! I can’t afford to get the seat changed so have had to keep replacing it. No other cover fits this seat! Disgusting and so unfair!

Had mine 7years no problems till now but then to be honest it's only the cover not the seat..... people sat it too slow Jesus I got better things to do than time a toilet seat going down.....as long as it soft closing I'm happy......

Poor instructions but a good value toilet seat
There’s a lot of negative reviews on this toilet seat. Honestly I think improving the instructions would help a lot instead of just guessing your way through it. A lot of people complained about the toilet seat being too short. But if you just rotate the hinges 180 and have the prongs at the bottom instead of the top, it fits perfectly.

Avoid this seat and toilet
Had this toilet since 2018. I have to replace seat twice a year if not more. Terrible design means it comes loose and you can't fix it.
