Awful please avoid
We have just had this bath installed and after taking off the protective film (which said to be taken off after installation) a piece of the gelcoat came off with it and because the fibreglass is so thin its actually a hole right the way through so I now have a bath installed with a hole and the only way to take it out is to damage the new tile work.

Squeaks every time I move
Poor quality, in less than a year it developed a crack. Also, it squeaks every time I move. Waste of money, there are probably better options than this product.

Bath had obviously been stored in the wet
The bath had obviously been stored in the wet which had damaged the tap support bar, which incidentally is made of thick cardboard not the sturdier wood used in earlier versions. This had caused the cardboard to expand and lift off from the bath. Unacceptable quality.

Shoddy!
Bought this about two weeks ago, just installing it now. Instructions as usual vague, no measurements or marking to indicate where legs should go, just guestimate. No hole for tap through internal board. No indication where wall bracket should go at taps end. Was told instore bath comes with waste, it doesn't. See photos.

Top slopes outwards
I had to remove this bath (made in 2013) when I bought the house because the corners at the tap end slope outwards. This causes ponding against the tiles in the corner and a leak under the shower panel. Well made but design fundamentally flawed

Awful quality
Purchased in Augest from the Swansea store. It arrived and appeared to be correct. Turns out the legs are faulty, and both replacements that were sent out were also faulty. Seems to be a manufactoring fault. Brackets under the bath are also wrongly fitted so the offical sidepanels do not fit (Had two baths, one as a replacement for the first faulty and brackets were off center on both). Seems to be very poor QA. Its flimsy and not worth the money. Avoid

Faulty Bath, poor delivery arrangements
regret to report that the bath was delivered with manufacturing faults that were not evident when delivery inspection was made but became apparent when starting to fit the bath. I contacted b&q customer services who were very helpful and agreed the bath needed replacing and gave me the contact no of delivery firm.

Right size and good price
Although the bottom of the bath looks thin,(you can see light through it from underneath), it does have a chipboard strenthener attached on the underside. It didnt take long to install, looks good and does what it says on the tin! Could have paid more but was on a budget and am happy with the purchase.
