Absolutely the same experience with this piece of junk product as everyone else on here. It tilts because it doesn't fit together tightly and is I suppose potentially dangerous if you put glass in it. Can't believe they still sell it. Clearly don't care and are playing a can't be bothered to return it percentage game.

Don’t touch this product with a bargepole
There is an inherent design flaw in this product, meaning that there is too much play in the shelf mounting brackets where they fit into the wall bracket. This means that the shelf tilts forwards by about 3-4 degrees once fitted. This will allow anything sitting on the shelf to roll off. A replacement will require new holes to be drilled in the plaster and the existing ones filled. All this extra time, hassle and cost because the company hasn’t taken them off the shelves for being faulty. Come on B&Q, do the right thing. We will be returning the product.

Not fit for purpose.
I bought 5 of these for my bathrooms. As other people have said, the glass shelves tilt forward allowing items to slip off the glass. This is because the cam in the wall mount is smaller than the recess that it fits into, which allows the glass to tilt up & down. B & Q should refund everyone that has bought these shelves.

Product badly designed
Fitted this last night. The shelve tilts! not fit for purpose. Now have numerous holes in newly decorated wall Going to return this evening.

I have fixed the shelf to the wall and the brackets are solid. The shelf moves so do not even want to put a toothbrush on the shelf. Please do not purchase this product

Not fit for purpose
Shelf looks great up, and if I take it down there will be damage, but it tips and I’m scared to put anything on it in case it rolls off and breaks, or breaks the sink! No way to fix it. I want a response from B&Q please. Useless as a shelf.

Buy this at your peril
Shelf is clearly manufactured wrongly and shelf wobbles constantly bought all other items in the timeless range drilled holes in all my new plaster fitted rest of range all have been made the same Refund i want compensation dont sell faulty products

Wobbly
Absolutely awful. Can't put anything on it because it wobbles. The fixing that hold the glass are not secure. It is being taken off of the wall and returned.

Not great
This shelf looks great but the glass part of the shelf tilts forwards and there is no way to stop it doing this.

Timeless clear glass shelf
Looks good, not too difficult to put up, bit offputting that the shelf "moves" in the brackets, but this must be part of design as no way to adjust. Perfect for bathroom.
