Botch job
Unfortunately, after struggling home on the bus with the blind, and my elderly husband climbing ladders to site the blind, we discovered the top slat of the blind was in half, with the tension threads not laced into the top of the blind. It was by then too late to return as we had sited the brackets. We managed to "botch" it, but it means we can't open and close the blind properly. Perhaps these problems should have been picked up on a factory inspection before distribution. We would be very wary about purchasing another!

Colour not as described
Colour is more Taupe than cream but personally I like it. Was very easy to install just a bit fiddly adjusting width and length but that is the same with all Venetian blinds. Overall very happy but some people may be disappointed with the colour hence only 4 stars.
