Not for me
Water comes out. Not suitable for an electric shower if you want to use all the spray patterns. Waste of money for me.

solved my problem
I'd bought a replacement shower head but found that to my taste the "economy" of less water wasn't right. Hunting for another, I came across this shower head which claimed to be suitable for all types of shower water pressure. We have a low pressure system and for us, this works just fine. So I am pleased to endorse this item, and say I'm pleased to have purchased it.

Super Low Power Flow
Has reduced the flow of water considerably. Very weak, water hardly comes out when shower head inverted. Tap is on full and have not altered water pressure. My previous shower head produced a good strong flow., but was leaking. Wish I had not purchased this one. Will need to buy a different one as I can't wash my hair effectively.

This is a good quality shower head and does exactly the right job with several variations of shower pattern.

Good idea
The idea of self cleaning is a nice touch however, we did not use this for long enough to really see how effective this is. For us, once installed, it looked really out of place on the bathroom. The head is rather large in comparison o the handle and the plastic finish didn’t quite like as classy as when done in chrome. Also, our shower did not have the water pressure to really feel the benefits of all the different settings this shower head has. Product was easy to install though and the head being wide did give an overall better spray when in the shower, just lacking pressure in our case. Perhaps worth a try.

Good but a bit plasticie
Does the job but feels a little cheap and fragile, not sure it will last the test of time but a bargain price so you get what you pay for I guess.

Poor performance
Bought for use in my caravan to upgrade my shower The performance is a lot poorer than my existing shower head the sprinkler setting gives little or no flow if you invert the shower head the water barely rises 3 inches above the shower head the holes on the spray head being far too large, the massage or intermittent setting hardly works at all and even with the restricted flow adaptor fitted there is no improvement to performance All in all bitterly disappointed
