High Quality - Both Wood Seat and Fixings
Bought 2 of these. Certainly higher quality than most toilet seats - and it should be for the price. Unique and very well made hinge / fixing mechanism made installation easier. Not the usual nightmare. Oak wood is high quality and nicely finished - though I don't like the darker stripe that seems to be on all of them. So far, a month in, and I'm pleased with this.

Excellent toilet seat
Very pleased with our new toilet seat which looks great. It came with clear instructions and I found it was easy to install. Seat stayed up after adjusting position of the brackets. Good quality toilet seat worth the money.

Easy fit product.
After our 4 year deciding the existing toilet seat was not to his liking we went the whole hog and bought this seat to replace it. It looked good and we were fed up with the existing cheaper plastic ones in our house. I was initially daunted by the fitting instructions but their big saving grace was a fitting guide bar which meant the alignment was perfect.The fitting kit meant it would fit with top or through mounting points Took about 15 minutes to fit it. A nicely made article and worth the money.

Quality product and looks good.
We have got through three toilet seats in the last few years, with the fittings or MDF failing. Although the Croydex seat is more expensive, it is far better quality than many others and does not slip. It is relatively easy to fit with clear guidance. Hopefully this is built to last!
