You can apply this anti slip decking stain from Cuprinol to , using a brush or roller, to colour and provide protection. It takes 2-6 hours to dry and will cover up to 8 m² per litre on average.

Easy to use and good results
I bought this product to refresh the decking on my balcony and after a couple of coats, which were easy to apply, I was very pleased with the finish.

Pure waste

Two coats needed, but good stuff!
Used a lot of this stuff on three separate decks. Colour is consistent between batches so don’t worry about mixing purchases. Only problem is that it is popular and so B&Q never have more than a couple tins on the shelf! Maybe just bad timing?

The best anti slip stain available
ADVISORY, Do not put this on brand new decking, as the preservative that’s used to protect the wood ( copper sulphate I think) will react with the stain, try to leave the deck till the sun has made the most of the wood treatment to evaporate of, and you will need the 2/3 coats as suggested in the instructions, and allow each coat to fully harden off before revolting, I’m a landscape garden that uses it on all the decks I do
